We are seeking an experienced HR Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. As an HR Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations. Your expertise in recruitment strategies and best practices will help us attract and hire top talent for our organization.Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategiesSource candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networksScreen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidatesConduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fitCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidatesDevelop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needsEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processCollaborate with hiring managers to make hiring decisions and extend job offersStay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practicesManage job postings on various job boards and social media platformsTrack and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and source of hireEnsure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in all recruitment activitiesPreferred Candidate:4-10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fieldProven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidatesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidatesStrong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practicesProficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment softwareAbility to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneouslyDetail-oriented and highly organizedFluent in English and ArabicSkillsTalent acquisitionInterviewing techniquesCandidate sourcingJob posting and advertisingRecruitment metrics tracking#J-18808-Ljbffr
