Our client is a global communications & events agency, seeking a Head of Logistics & Operations to lead all aspects of registration and logistics, including flights, accommodation, visas, and more for participants, VIPs, Speakers, and officials of our special events in the Middle East.Key Responsibilities:High-quality participant management and follow-up to ensure guest attendance.Check the information for all registrants who need a visa: Passport details, religions, Embassy/Consulate cities.Review to be adjusted based on the visa process in the country where events take place (i.e., traditional vs. online processing).Follow-up by email with registrants who provide incorrect details at registration or need clarifying information from us such as help with registrations, orientation, answers to various questions, etc.Regularly test the registration site, visa extranet, and client extranet to ensure all are running seamlessly.Complete reporting based on samples that will be provided by global-based logistics colleagues.White glove service for speakers and VIPs including booking and answering inquiries around travel, transfers, and accommodation.Strategically planning the guest journey so that each logistic task is seamless.Due to the high number of responses we receive, we are unable to provide feedback to all applicants.
