The main scope of the role is overseeing and purchasing the organization supplies whilst also creating, and implementing new and improved procurement policies.Responsibilities:Developing a procurement business plan for the organization and ensuring that’s it’s communicated.Forecasting ongoing demand for goods and services.Plan policies and procedures for efficiently, honestly, economically, and productively purchasing goods for supply chain production and operation.Negotiating contracts and service agreements with suppliers.Acting as the main contact point for organizational procurement related questions.Researching options to source best value products and services.Establish essential guidelines for approving purchase orders, purchasing policies, managing inventory, budgeting for materials and monitoring stock requirements.Monitor, review and analyze bids and quotes with suppliers, including the negotiation of service agreements and contracts.Maintain company budget and streamline costs.Experience and attributes required:Experience working in oil & gas industry – Essential Previous experience of working as a CEO of a large company – EssentialExtensive Experience working as a Procurement Director or similar level within leadership – EssentialStrong leadership skills and ability to mentor – Essential Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related major – Essential Proven track record negotiating and managing transactions - DesirableHigh knowledge and comprehension of Capital Market – DesirableCulture Recruitment Group is committed to equal opportunity and diversity.
