We are looking for a Granulation ExpertThe ideal candidate should initiate, propose, and execute research and development, debottlenecking/revamp, and new product development programs. They should focus on improving processes and introducing new products. The Scientist/Engineer should lead in-house new process technology development, scale-ups, and implementations in commercial granulation. Additionally, they should provide technology support to commercial plants for shutdowns, turnovers, re-commissioning, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution. The technologist is also expected to provide support in growth projects.Responsibilities:Troubleshooting and root cause analysis support, and drive problem resolution for commercial plants.Steering various new post-reactor product developments through granulation techniques.Participating in in-house new process technology development, scale-ups, and implementations in commercial plants.Effectively engaging in and leading feasibility and revamp studies, and supporting running the granulators effectively at plant scale and at semi-commercial scales.Independently reviewing engineering documents and steering.Designing and supervising pilot plant experimental runs for the assigned tasks, including preliminary reviews, data interpretation, and final reporting.Collecting and interpreting plant process data, making recommendations for improvements, ensuring work is standardized, and processes are optimized.Actively contributing to plant safety and quality programs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
