Skills Required • B.Sc. Engineering. • 8 year’s experience in offshore construction • Commercial awareness and cost effectiveness. • Influencing ability. • Good English communication skills. • Report writing skills. • Very good oral&written communication skills&committed team player/ leader. • Decision maker. • Thorough understanding of offshore operations, personnel and equipment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
