At least 20 years of experience in the Subsea industry, with minimum of ten (10) years in a Managerial capacity. Must have extensive Project Management experience in the subsea industry with strong exposure to diving activities Must have extensive experience in Business Development and Acquisition. Must be highly knowledgeable about the broader range of subsea disciplines including diving, ROV, survey, specialised techniques such as NDT Must be highly knowledgeable about Diving Support Vessels and Offshore Support vessels used in the subsea industry including the commercial arrangements involved in these such as BIMCO contracts with demonstrated ability to manage. Must have high level understanding of the contracting techniques prevalent in the subsea and offshore industry. Must have knowledge about the implementation of complex integrated projects where multiple service lines inter-operate concurrently to execute a contract i.e. Marine Vessel + Diving + ROV + Survey + Engineering working together to deliver project task completion.
